A tool I implement with a lot of my clients is to use a calendar up on the fridge to tick off each day of adherence to their programme

Step count ✅

Calorie target ✅

Workout ✅

Water intake ✅

The brain is a funny thing and it thrives off a visual image of successes

You are much more likely to get the daily boxes ticked because you want to keep your tick streak

You will feel GREAT when you get to put a big tick in the box at the end of the day

That feeling of success will give you a big boost and likely help you strive for success each day
